Sofiedal - Constantly top ranked in southern Sweden!

That is the Golfers Magazines "Svensk Golf" evaluation of Sofiedals golfclub and course. It is situated near Oxie, just 15 minutes from central Malmoe. Sofiedal, with former secretary-general of the Swedish Golf Association Bengt Lorichs as course architect, was founded 1992. It has 18 holes and six for practise.
The course lies in the middle of Skånes rolling landscape with rounded hills, a mile-wide view over the landscape and the greenest fairways possible. The greens are among the fastest in Skåne. It is an exciting course with many challenges, suitable for both elite- and more average golfers.
Sofiedal is one of the most popular courses in southern Sweden and constantly on top of the ranking chart of the 40 courses included in the so-called Sydpoolen.
The club house holds all necessary facilities with reception, administration, light and spacious changing rooms, a fully equipped conference room holding 40-50 people and a well-assorted shop.
Henriks Restaurant is classified as one if Sweden´s best golf restaurants and Sofiedal is family oriented and service minded with a high-standard hotel cooperation.
